Ceremō Bliss Balls

A rich, naturally sweet snack with cacao, nuts and satisfying crunch - perfect for a gentle energy lift.

Ingredients (approx. 12 balls, 25 g each)

  • 150 g soft, pitted dates
  • 10 g coconut oil
  • 60 g almonds
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 2 ceremō cacao discs
  • 20 g cacao nibs

Method

  1. If the dates are firm or dry, soak them in warm water for about 10 minutes, then drain thoroughly.
  2. Blend the dates with coconut oil in a food processor until a smooth, sticky paste forms.
  3. Add almonds, walnuts and the cacao discs. Pulse until the mixture comes together but still has texture.
  4. Add the cacao nibs and pulse briefly or fold in by hand to keep their crunch.
  5. Shape the mixture into balls of about 25 g each.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
