Ceremō Bliss Balls
A rich, naturally sweet snack with cacao, nuts and satisfying crunch - perfect for a gentle energy lift.
Ingredients (approx. 12 balls, 25 g each)
- 150 g soft, pitted dates
- 10 g coconut oil
- 60 g almonds
- 30 g walnuts
- 2 ceremō cacao discs
- 20 g cacao nibs
Method
- If the dates are firm or dry, soak them in warm water for about 10 minutes, then drain thoroughly.
- Blend the dates with coconut oil in a food processor until a smooth, sticky paste forms.
- Add almonds, walnuts and the cacao discs. Pulse until the mixture comes together but still has texture.
- Add the cacao nibs and pulse briefly or fold in by hand to keep their crunch.
- Shape the mixture into balls of about 25 g each.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
